Safety Training

All researchers or assistants who need to enter the magnet rooms or operate the MRI scanners are required to be trained in MRI safety. The training comprises a 90 minute lecture / video demonstration, a safety screening questionnaire and an on-line quiz. To remain current, you will need to pass the online quiz annually. 

The safety lecture is held about 8 times per year (towards the beginning and about half-way through each academic quarter). Dates of upcoming lectures are listed below.

To attend the next safety lecture you will need to pre-register using the online registration form linked below.

Where Zoom only. ZOOM INFO WILL BE SENT TO REGISTERED TRAINEES 1-2 DAYS BEFORE THE TRAINING.
